Final Fantasy VII Revelation sends Cloud and his companions into the sky aboard the Highwind. That airship changes the scale of the journey, opening a vast world at the exact point when the party can no longer afford to think locally.
The mighty Weapons finally move into focus, and their destructive power makes the conflict feel larger than Shinra, Sephiroth, or any one city. These creatures are the Planet's own response to crisis, which means fighting around them may be as important as fighting against them. The new footage frames their arrival as a catastrophe rather than a conventional boss reveal.
Revelation is the next chapter in Square Enix's reimagined Final Fantasy VII story, carrying forward the relationships and altered possibilities built across the earlier games. It is due in spring 2027 on all platforms, widening access beyond the series' earlier launch pattern.
