Grand Theft Auto VI heads to a condensed, distorted take on South Florida, with a Miami-like metropolis on the east coast, broad green spaces farther north and west, and island chains stretching toward its version of the Keys. Jason is one of two protagonists navigating that world, and even an ordinary stop at his waterside home hints at how much more simulation Rockstar may be building in.
Leaked footage appears to show Jason shooting hoops for a focus-stat boost, storing equipment in a vehicle, and watching a fuel gauge while driving. A street fight produces both a wanted level and what looks like an honor or karma penalty, suggesting systems from role-playing games and Red Dead Redemption may sit beneath the usual Grand Theft Auto chaos.
“They're at least plausible looks at GTA VI.”

The leaked clips may be old or incomplete, so the clearest picture will come from Rockstar’s extended presentation. It streams first on Netflix on August 27 before reaching YouTube later that day.
The finished game is due on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19. Until then, Leonida’s alligator-marked map and its small mechanical details are enough to make this feel like more than a larger sequel—it may be Rockstar’s densest open world yet.
