Samsung Galaxy Z series

Samsung's Foldables Prepare Their Next Move

The next Galaxy Z series is expected early next year, extending Samsung's line of phones built around screens that bend instead of staying fixed to a single slab. The family has room for both pocketable flip designs and larger book-style devices, so the name covers two very different ways of using a foldable.

The Form Factor Is the Story

A new Z generation matters most when Samsung improves the parts unique to folding phones: the hinge, the outer display, the crease, and the balance between screen size and pocketability. Those details have not been outlined for this release yet, leaving the next hardware changes as the reason to watch.

Early Timing, Few Firm Details

Samsung has not attached model names, specifications, or prices to the rumored window. For now, the useful signal is that its foldable line may return earlier than expected, with the exact mix of Flip, Fold, or other designs still open.
