The Wolf Among Us Remastered

Fabletown Returns Under Fresh Neon

The Wolf Among Us Remastered rebuilds Telltale's 1980s fairy-tale noir without rewriting the mystery that made it beloved. Bigby Wolf's story, the original direction, and the comic-inspired art style remain intact, but the streets, rooms, and characters have been reconstructed with far more detail.

Every Scene Has Been Relit

Telltale moved the game to the later version of its engine used for the Batman series, then created new shaders for reflective bottles, moving line work, and other small materials. What began as selective improvement grew into a full lighting pass across every scene, strengthening the smoky, neon atmosphere rather than simply sharpening the old image.

"We avoided touching the story, the directorial choices, and the overall art style, those are sacred to us." - PlayStation Blog

Bigby Is Still Bigby, Until He Is Not

Every character moved through new concept art, high-end modeling, and final in-game reconstruction. Familiar faces preserve their original identities, while Bigby's werewolf form receives a more dramatic overhaul that makes him feel more feral and powerful.

Noir Mode Turns Out the Color

A new Noir Mode renders the game in pure black and white, letting the heavier shadows change its mood without altering the narrative. The remaster launches October 29, offering newcomers the strongest-looking route into Fabletown and returning players a reason to inspect every dusty apartment again.
