Nike Mind 001 ‘Purple Smoke’

A Smoky Purple Slip-On

Nike's Mind 001 "Purple Smoke" keeps the silhouette low, laceless, and easy to step into. A pale off-white upper sits over muted purple layers, giving the shoe its hazy color without covering every surface in the same shade. The result is quieter than many seasonal colorways, with most of its character coming from texture and what is happening beneath the foot.

Perforations Above, Pods Below

Small holes run along the sides, while a larger perforated section crosses the top of the foot for ventilation and visual structure. Metallic Swooshes are set into both areas. Underneath, rounded purple pods spread across a cream outsole, with several visible from the side. Nike Mind and Mind Science Department branding appears on the footbed and sole, tying this slip-on to the wider Mind family without adding laces or bulky overlays.

An Easy Entry to the Mind Line

The "Purple Smoke" colorway is priced at $95 and is scheduled for Fall/Winter 2026 under style code HQ4307-500. Its appeal is different from a conventional sneaker built around layered panels and a prominent lacing system. Here, the step-in shape and podded bottom do most of the work, while the soft purple palette makes the unusual tooling easier to wear.
