Xiaomi 18 Pro

A Privacy Screen With Better Manners

The Xiaomi 18 Pro makes shoulder-surfing harder without forcing the entire display behind a privacy filter. Its smart privacy screen obscures content when viewed from an angle while keeping the picture clear for the person looking straight at it.

Hide the Parts That Actually Matter

Xiaomi's clever twist is selective control. Privacy mode can be applied to individual apps, a floating window, one side of a split-screen layout or specific lock-screen notifications. That means a message or banking screen can stay concealed while maps, video or other shared content remains visible to someone beside you.

Big Battery, Second Screen

Battery capacity across the lineup reaches as high as 8,500 mAh, giving the phone another attention-grabbing number beyond its front display. Xiaomi is also bringing back a rear-facing screen, adding a second interactive surface to the Pro's design. Together, those features make this more than a routine annual camera-and-processor refresh.

Privacy That Fits Real Use

Hardware viewing-angle protection is not new, but Xiaomi's granular software controls make the idea considerably more practical. Instead of choosing between fully private and fully shareable, the 18 Pro lets the sensitive part of the screen make that decision.
