JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run

JoJo Fridays Ride Again

Steel Ball Run returns to weekly episodes after its extra-long premiere left viewers waiting six months for the race to continue. The second stage follows Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli deeper into a cross-country contest where the prize money matters less than the strange forces gathering around its riders.

Johnny Is Chasing More Than a Finish Line

Johnny enters the race after Gyro's mysterious steel balls briefly let him walk again. Their route crosses roughly 750 miles of desert and the dangerous Devil's Palm, turning the competition into a collision of hidden motives and supernatural threats. Newcomers including Mountain Tim, Funny Valentine and Hot Pants are now joining that increasingly crowded field.

Horses, Dinosaurs and a Song Called "Spin"

The new opening theme, "Spin" by Kroi, gives David Production another chance to translate Hirohiko Araki's extravagant designs into 3D animation. Its imagery packs galloping horses, spinning steel balls and dinosaurs into a quick preview of the chaos ahead. It is exactly the kind of visual overload a JoJo opening should deliver.

Eleven Episodes on a Weekly Track

The second and third stages span 11 episodes, released each Friday on Netflix. That cadence restores the shared guessing, fan art and post-episode discussion that made earlier runs of the anime feel like a weekly event.
