Headphones That Watch Your Focus

Neurable One hides 12 dry EEG channels inside its ear pads, turning a pair of noise-canceling headphones into a noninvasive brain-computer interface. The sensors track brain activity while you work, study, meditate, or nap, then the companion app can nudge you when attention drifts or suggest a break before fatigue takes over.

A Brain Battery With More Context

The app follows eight measures, including focus, mental load, stress, sleepiness, processing speed, Brain Age, Brain Battery, and alpha peak frequency. Unlike Neurable's earlier headphones, One can collect data passively and build longer-term patterns, so its recommendations are meant to improve as it learns when your mind performs best.

Premium Audio Lives Under the Sensors

These are still full-fledged headphones, with 40mm beryllium drivers, six microphones, active noise cancellation, and a transparency mode. They support Bluetooth 5.2, AAC, and aptX, with up to 22 hours of listening or 12 hours when EEG monitoring is active. The brain sensors can also be switched off entirely.

Fascinating, but Not a Medical Device

At $499, Neurable One sits beside premium Bose and Sony models while offering a very different reason to wear headphones all day. It is designed for personal focus and habit insights, not diagnosis or treatment, which makes the value depend on how much useful behavior you can draw from all that brain data.
