A Peloton Treadmill That Gives the Room Back

The Peloton Tread Flex is the company's first folding treadmill, designed for homes that cannot dedicate permanent floor space to a running machine. Raise the deck for storage and it takes up roughly half its working footprint, while built-in wheels help move it into place.

Folding Without the Free Fall

A two-step release lowers the deck gradually, and a locking pin secures it when stored upright. Once open, the belt reaches a claimed 12.5 mph and produces about 70 dB at that speed before a runner is added. The 21.5-inch Full HD display pivots for off-tread classes, though this less expensive model leaves out the camera and Sonos-branded speaker system found higher in Peloton's range.

Pace Targets That Learn Your Running

Peloton IQ builds personalized Pace targets on a 1-to-10 scale after ten workouts, then uses them to guide classes and feedback. Heart-rate-zone training offers another way to structure effort. ReRuns can also take an outdoor workout recorded with the Peloton app or Apple Watch and recreate its elevation changes on the treadmill.

The Most Approachable Tread Yet

At $2,195, the Tread Flex is Peloton's cheapest treadmill as well as its easiest to store. That pairing matters: it brings the guided training experience into rooms where a full-size machine would otherwise be a nonstarter.
